Phillip Carr serves as a partner in the Oxford office. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, he has been with the firm since 2001. His areas of concentration primarily include tax and advisory services for individuals and closely held businesses, construction contractors, and non-profit agencies.

 

Phillip is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals. As an elder at the First Presbyterian Church of Oxford, Phillip has served as church treasurer, financial secretary, and a member of the finance committee.
